[12/04/2010] To convey a message of condolence and solidarity on behalf of the Council of Europe staff, the Deputy Secretary General Maud de Boer-Buquicchio laid a wreath, at 4 o’clock on 12 April, underneath the Polish flag in front of the Palais de l’Europe. Staff were kindly invited to attend and commemorate the memory of the victims with a minute of silence.
